What are my shipping options?
We offer a USPS Standard Shipping for $8 Flat Rate (up to 2lbs) and $15 Flat Rate (form 2+lbs to 40lbs) for all PR and US.
Do you offer a Priority Shipping Service?
We also offer Express Priority Mail (0lb to 25lbs) shipping option for PR and US orders. All shipping options are available to review at checkout.
How long will it take you to ship out my order?
We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse. You can view our full shipping policy here! How can I cancel my order?
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel orders if the order has not already shipped. Please keep in mind that we try to ship out packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellations should be sent as soon as possible.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact by phone or email within 3 business days of the delivery date.
When will I receive my order?

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
How returns are processed?
We do not offer money back returns. Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout.
TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. WE WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RETURN WITHOUT A TAG.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I start a return?
- Your item must arrive back to us within 14 daysfrom the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. Please note we will not make exceptions for packages that arrive back late to us for excuses such as "being out of the country" or "being on vacation" which is the most common ones we hear.
